Josh thorpe: love and weather

"Love & Weather is an album of unusual rock music. Songs that are simple in form but complex in texture. They describe a world gone splendidly off the rails. This marks the first release of Unusual Music Exchange, an online library of interesting music.

Love & Weather (2021) refers obliquely to the need for compassion in an exploding world. It also refers to the mundane but essential forces of the elements, intimacy, and the social. The album was recorded in Glasgow, UK, with Thorpe on voice, guitars, and keyboards; Rory Haye on bass VI; Owen Curtis Williams on drums. Recorded and mixed by Luigi Pasquini of Dystopia Glasgow.
